If you are in the market looking for a job there are many different ways to get yourself exposed to the employers who are looking for you. One of them is to send your resume to their website.

1) Ask someone who has hiring experience to read your resume. Ask for their honest opinion on how you can improve it. You can also review your own resume to see if you have credited yourself with all the experience you deserve. Did you forget to add the award or certificate you received?
